my baby is 3 month old and the doctor adviced him to drink amboxol syrup im wondering why not ambroxol drops is syrup safe for his age with a dosage of 2ml twice a day my baby's weight is 6kls

Pede pa po ba magamit ung ambroxol syrup kahit po nbuksan ko na po nang dalawang bwan pero nakatakip naman po may natira pa po kc na gamot pede pa po ba sya ..mejo puno pa kc sya pde pa kaya sya magamit

hi, just wanna ask, my niece is 4months old and diagnosed for having a pneumonia, her doctor gave her ambroxol .05ml 3x daily, but unfortunately her assistant gave my niece 5ml of ambroxol for 3 times, what should i do? is theres any side effects?

Yes. I have tried it to my niece whose 8 months. Ambroxol mucosolvan drops 1ml 2x a day. Yesterday I had no choice but to buy it for her breathing is so fast and is having a hard time. And after gving ths med. Last night and this morning he becomes better than yesterday. That's with my niece. I dont know if the reaction wud be the same with ur child. And u need to throw away what is left after opening it for 2 weeks.
