Irregular Periods Due To Pcod

I have irregular periods due to pcod. I didn't have periods from April to July. Then my doctor prescribed me Regestrone. Once I took ten tablets, the periods came. Then from the 11th day of my periods the doctor asked me to take Meprate (one tab daily) for 15 days. Periods came correctly. Then from the 11th day my second course of Meprate started. Now almost two months later I don't have periods after taking Meprate also.. I am really fed up with this.. I'm obese too.. Doctor asked me to take three courses of Meprate. I took two. 1st time period came. Second time ??..3rd course is with me.. What should I do? Please advise me. Should I take the third course of Meprate to induce my periods? Please reply..

Hi. My ob gave me metformin for my PCOS and althea pills. I have an irregular menstruation due to my PCOS. Can I take my althea pills even if I have no menstruation yet? Does metformin help me to have a menses?
