Irregular Periods After Marriage

AM 25 YEAES OLD. I got maaried in april 2016 .after marriage only i for irregular periods.I got periods on july 20 still i dont got my periods.my uterus anreverted and mesured 7.1×3.8×4.0 cm. myometrial and cavity echoes are normal. No focal lesion seen. endometrial thickness 7mm
Cervix appeared to be normal.
Totally no issues on uterus. No thyroid. And i follw this tablets cadila- aciloc 150., Indoco- MCBM-69, And medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets ip MEPRATE. Still i dont get my periods. What is the reason. Suggest tablets for getting periods. Thank u
