Irregular Periods After Hsg Test

I'm 26 years married women. I used to have my periods regular, 28 days cycle after undergoing hysterosalpingogram (HSG) test. I'm facing spotting or light bleeding daily. I didn't get my periods for more then a month. I consulted doctor, she suggested me to take femilon tablet for 21 day. After taking tablet light bleeding stopped & I got my periods after completing 21 days course. But again I'm facing same problem I'm getting spotting or light bleeding daily. I'm trying to get pregnant. Please suggest me to get my periods regular.
