Irregular Periods & Pcod Doubt

Hi I m 24 year old married a year ago I had normal periods and one fine day i found that i am hypo thyroid due to irregular period after medication it got corrected and came down to TSH : 0.75 and my periods had become regular for about 3 months....later found it irregualr for 2 months so consulted a gyn she gave me T-modus for 5 days and got my periods after a week i had lot of acne problem..I got an ultra sound test found uterus normal and left overy volume 6.5ml and right overy 8.8 ml..even my doctor is confused regarding me being PCOD..She has given Regestrone 5 mg for 3 days twice a day morning two pills and evening two pills inorder to get my period regular my weight is normal i want to know the reason for my irregular periods Pls HELP!!!!

Your natural body hormones may just be off-balance, it happens to some women. If its regular for a few months, then becomes irregular again, it likely means that you aren't ovulating every month. You probably are during the normal months, but not during the others.

You may benefit from taking an oral contraceptive for a few months, but that's something you'll need to discuss with your doctor.

When is the last time they checked your TSH?
