Irregular Mensuration Cycle

hi,
i am 24 year old i usually missed my periods i am facing this problem from the beginning itself.
sometimes the cycle is regular but sometimes i miss periods for continue 2-3 months.
will you please suggest me a medicine for the same.
please suggest me a medicine which i can take whenever i missed periods.
