I had an ectopic surgery on 6th mar '09 which claimed one of my fallopian tube. Since then I've had irregular menses of 5 days. I used 30 tablets of ovacare between august and sept 2014 and to my surprise it came for 3 days without blood clotting. For how long should I use Ovacare?

It is going to be normal to have some irregularities, after such a surgery, because it will throw off your natural hormonal balance for awhile.
Ovacare is just a nutritional supplement, so while there is no harm in taking it, it's also not going to do anything to help with this issue.
Have you consulted your doctor? How long do your menses usually last?
