Irregular Menstruation Cycle And Bleeding

I have been experiencing irregular periods for the past 5 months. I didn't have my periods for a long time and since the last 3 months I am continuously experiencing thin bleeding, sometimes only spotting, but no periods. I don't have any other health problem. My age is 22 and I am totally normal. Please tell me what problem I have.
