need to know if I may take irbesartan150/12 with 81mg aspirin?

Aspirin and Irbesartan shouldn't be mixed, unless your doctor specifically tells you to do so, they tend to increase the toxicity of each other.

The FDA classifies Irbesartan with HCTZ as being most commonly used to help treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain increased urination, dehydration and hypotension.
