My wife's has COPD And is taking Norpace for heart rythm. Is there a conflict?

Yes, there is actually. Combining these two medications can increase the risk of prolongation of the QT interval, cardiac arrhythmias and elevated blood potassium.

They can be used together, but her doctor should be monitoring her regularly and doing blood tests every few weeks.
