Ip 190 Without ?500 Supposed To Be Hydrocodone 7.5

I have a white oblong pill with IP 190 on 1 side and nothing on the other side.As I looked for suggestions It was posted several times as being IP 190/500 Naproxen.I was told this is a 7.5 hydrocodone tablet not Naproxen.It does not have 500 on it at all

IT IS BOTH NAPROXIN AND HYDRO

Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

As you know from your searches, the ones available in the U.S. also have the 500 on the tablet.

I have checked our various resources and they don't list anything with just the IP 190 marking on it.

However, foreign medications wouldn't be listed in our databases and since the IP is the logo for IntraPharm, I'll keep looking and post back if I find anything.
