Hi Fernando,
Have you already checked with any other pharmacies outside of Costco regarding its availability?
I see that the National Drug Code comes up on MedsChat's NDC database as a product of Qualites Pharmaceuticals. So one idea may be to contact the manufacturer directly to see which pharmacies they distribute this to... You could also ask your pharmacy to order it?
Another option is to visit a compounding pharmacy with your prescription in hand and see if they can make a custom formulation for you. If it's of any help, the two active ingredients are: Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Guaifenesin. And the medication itself reportedly comes in a 473 ML bottle; at the following dosage strengths: 10 mg/5mL or 100 mg/5mL.
