UpdatedI have been asked to take Trimethoprim 200mg. It says to take 1 twice a day, how long should I leave in between taking them.

Hello, Mags! How are you?
One in the morning, when you arise and one at night, at bedtime should be fine. They don't have to be taken precisely 12 hours apart.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
Is there anything else I can help with?
