Hi Nikki,
According to umm.edu, there are drug interactions between Dilaudid (hydromorphone) and Klonopin (clonazepam). These precautions state that taking the two together may cause side effects such as breathing problems (i.e. feeling short of breath) as well as pale blue nails/skin that may require immediate medical attention. They go on to note that if you are planning on taking both medications at once, your doctor may alter the dosage and/or frequency of use in order to lessen your risk for such side effects. However it's also important tell your doctor about any other drugs you are taking (such as methamphetamine) in order to rule out any other possible risk factors *god forbid* that may or may not present themselves.
