What is the purpose of innovfol suggested by my gynaec when I am planning to be pregnant?

Innovfol capsules reportedly contain a combination of the following active ingredients: Docosahexaenoic Acid 200mg + L-Methylfolate 800mcg + Mecobalamin 1500mcg + Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate 2mg

From what I could gather, this medication is primarily indicated for use in treating a wide variety of ailments including but not limited to: Low folate levels, B12 deficiencies, inflammation, red blood cell production, pain, nervousness, fatigue, aiding in brain development, etc....
