how do i inject hydromorphone 16mg pills

It isn't safe to try to break down and inject any medication that hasn't been specially formulated to be used in such a manner.

Tablets contain fillers and not all of them are meant to be broken down by the human body. They are normally just expelled as waste. However, when you inject them, you run the risk of these fillers creating blockages that may lead to stroke or embolism.
