Inj Betnesol Side Effect During Pregnancy

I'm 32 weeks of preg. doc told me pre term could happend and prescribed me inj.betnesol twice a week for three weeks. what is the side effect for me and baby inside my womb. after injection i felt less movement of baby? Doc already put stitches at 5th month of preg. and i'm taking duavadilan tables.wht is the side effect of both the medicine ?pls reply soon
