Indigestion Problem

My eating habits consist of smaller food portions which lead to more frequent bathroom trips. My first bowel movement usually occurs quickly within a span of 5 to 10 minutes, similar to most individuals. However, I often feel the pressure for a second stool to come out shortly thereafter. This sequence repeats around 3-4 times during my initial bathroom break, consuming a total of 30 to 40 minutes.

I typically visit the bathroom twice in the morning and once in the evening. My fibroscan report showed normal results, but my vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels are significantly low. As a remedy, I've been taking a 1500 mcg dose of methylcobalamin twice a day. I also drink a glass of buttermilk each morning.

Can anyone else relate? What are some effective remedies for indigestion?

Hi. My mom is 67 years of age and is suffering from indigestion which causes acid reflux and dizziness. What can I help with? The doctor gave her Mayo gel and Adco pills for acid reflux.
