There is no database of doctors that will prescribe any given medication.

If you require such a medication on a long-term basis for chronic pain, you will most likely need to see a pain management specialist.

Do you have a PCP that you see regularly? If so, then it would most likely be easiest to have them refer to you someone.

I'm not sure where you are, but if you were in the UK you would definitely need a prescription. If you want to be treated or even just een quickly your best bet is to consult a private doctor. Sameday Doctor clinics will even provide a walk in service.
