India Generic Azithromycin White And Purple Box

I was given a white and purple box of generic azithromycin from india, I'm trying to find the manufacturer's name so I can tell my doctor.

I find it strange that the manufacturer's name wasn't on the box of their own product. Is there a logo of any kind on there that may be of some help?

If not, the only other thing I would look for on the packaging is the name of the company from where it was purchased; perhaps even a phone number or address to look up.

I would think that the person who gave it to you would have some prior knowledge of where it was bought, no?....Just trying to cover all possibilities here.
