Indacil Clindamicina 300mg

Can this treat a tooth infection? It was prescribed by a mexican dentist. Got a wisdom tooth pulled out and it had pus on the bottom, my lower right wisdom tooth has a flap on the tooth i was wondering if that could take off my infection, i have horrible headaches and dizziness and i think that's causing the problem
