Increased Bp With Twynsta 80/10

I am taking Twynsta 80/10 and my BP has been 120/80 for some time, but recently, I found that it increased to 140 over 100. But is Twynsta responsible for this?

It is doubtful that the medication has caused the elevation. As listed by the U.S. FDA it is more prone to cause drops in blood pressure, as well as nausea, dizziness and increased urination.

What were the circumstances under which you checked your blood pressure? It can vary throughout the day, due to activity levels, foods you've eaten, other medications you take and etc.

How often has it been elevated at those numbers?
