In Severe Pain - Do You Recognize This Tab

Having had more than two major surgeries having had organs removed, staying in hospital for over 16 months on the highest prescribed morphine and able to relish it by taking a larger timed inj. fitted round my waist. Down the line I was given Oxycontin 80mg twice a day only but could ask for Oxynorm 10mg fast relief every 4 hours. Now after years of taking a reduced rate of 2 40mg tabs and 2 20mg tabs a day, I've been told I'll never be able to come off this medication being now 63, but today I've had very severe pain. This medication always gives me relief, but not today, so I looked and saw my 20mg tabs were blank on one side and the other side has ox on top of 20. They're marked on my C D Box as Logect 20mg, the same tab as Oxycontin as you know, but don't seem to have any effect at all on me. Are these real or not? Please could you get in TOUTCH with me ASAP? I'm worried my confusion has got worse as I was told this could happen to me very quickly, but no way am I putting up with this lot. Tomorrow I'll go strait to the 40mg and split the 3 with a pharmaceutical splitter. Kindest regards.

Yes the 20mg tab took hold and its imprint is perfect. It might be ok. I'll see tomorrow, but as you know the manufacture of all the Oxy drugs have different sized imprints, Logect being the smallest. But from the 10 mg white to the max allowed to be prescribed 80mg green unless you are given the injections 120mg by doctor or hospital, the glue binding agent used to control misuse is removed, but I know they have got a way round that one now. Were you aware that the diameter and bevel were slightly smaller the higher in dosage you get; it's the purity that's greater. Personally anyone receiving this med should look for oc od even op I believe is ok on only one side and 10 20 30 and now the 15 up are being prescribed as they're finding that they're easier to withdrawal off of. I take it you know it's ketamine that's being used in the 15mg Valium. If this helps they're a darker blue than the usual prescribed ones. They also have a very little set coating on them. I hope this info is helpful. I have some information on Dyhidrocodeine range being used as uppers, also the Nitrazipan type range being used now as downers and that's those dark blue valium that leaves the top of your mouth blue.
