I've been using purbac for 6 months for my acne and it has worked like a miracle. I did not get any side effects. All this nonsense about side effects is bulls***, they just make you scared for no reason. Perbac is awesome and it works.

Hello, Yussie! How are you?

Not everyone experiences side effects from any given medication that they try, some people experience them all, some don't experience any, that is just the nature of people, we are all different. It has nothing to do with trying to scare people, it actually has to do with being honest and letting them know what could potentially happen.

The FDA lists the typical ones for this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.

For example, this was prescribed for me by a local ER, a few years ago, to treat an infection, about 8 days in, I started experiencing all the side effects they list, and at 9 and a half days in, I developed an allergic reaction to it.... with just one dose left to go!! It took several weeks for it to all clear up and for me to feel better.

I am very glad that is has worked so well for you, but not everyone is so fortunate.

Can anyone else chime in with their experiences?
