unsure what this medication is. Found 10 of them in my home. The pill is white, round and has a weird "R" 20 on one side, and the other a large 3

This tablet contains 300mgs of Acetaminophen and 30mgs of Codeine, it is a narcotic analgesic.

Side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and constipation.
