This tablet is manufactured by Camber Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 100mgs of Hydralazine, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, increased urination, hypotension, and headache.
