Importance Of Neuro Forte In The Body

i was having high blood pressure, it was healed and its 120/70. i keep on having dizziness which normally cause me collapse. after going visiting doctors severally he normally give me this medicine called neuro forte. i have no change in my body. what will i do since i cannot move any where without a person to support me when walking?
please reply since am in danger.

Neuroforte is just a vitamin supplement, which contains Cyanacobalamin, a form of Vitamin B12. While this is a vital nutrient to the body and a deficiency in it can cause problems, it is doubtful that it is causing your issues and will help with them.
