i use 375milligarms of xanax to helo me sleep , i aslo take a med for depression called wellburtin at 300mgs, i aslo sometimes will drink up to 2-3 bottles of red wine each weekend, what we i see as possible long term side effcts

Well, some possible long-term effects might include liver damage, permanent memory loss and stomach ulcers. You're really raising your risk, by mixing the alcohol with the medications.
