Are you referring to the sleeping tablets that contain Zopiclone?

Have you discussed it with your doctor?

If you were able to stop taking it and haven't taken it again for over a month, then you apparently avoided the addiction issue.

However, since these are usually only given for short-term treatment of insomnia, there really isn't a lot of information available on using them for a long period of time.
