My doctor prescribed Medroxyprogesterone because I have irregular periods and I started taking it Nov 28th for 10 days. I started my period Dec 10th and it stopped Dec 17th. My fiancé and I are hoping to have a baby. Today Dec 26th I started spotting. I have not taken the pill yet and I feel weak and have a lot of cramps. Can I be pregnant or should I be concerned about this issue?

Hello, Mari! How are you? I'm sorry about the problems that you're having.
This is a hormone replacement medication, so those types of side effects can occur, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience nausea, headache, irritability and weight changes.
However, the only way to know whether or not you are pregnant is to have it checked out.
