I just need to know do you have to take the Amoxicillin before getting your tooth pulled

Why are you afraid of it, it's just an antibiotic?

And it depends on your health, there are some medical conditions that require you to take it, before dental work, to prevent possible infection.

And if the tooth is already infected and hurting, you my need to take it for a few days, because if you don't, then they will not be able to properly numb the area to extract the tooth. I've had that happen and I can assure you that it is pain you don't want to feel.
