I'm D, Female, 68, Episodes Of Elevated Bp.

Woke two days ago w numb stumps for hands and feet. NOW I realize probably Transient Ischemia. Had to hold on to everything t make it to b room. Lightheadedness came back. All night Thur and all day and night Fri, BP very high for me. Atenolol not working. If I had been thinking straight, would have called 911, but, not. It's fluctuating. Am very thin. In much pain. I think Norco may be culprit. But why did it just start?

You should report this to your doctor, so they can evaluate you to make sure nothing serious/dangerous is going on.

Are you on any other medications, aside from those you mentioned?

How much Norco do you take? There is a chance that some of what you experienced were due to side effects from it, Hydrocodone itself is more commonly known to cause low blood pressure, not elevated BP.
