Have you contacted your doctor about it?
The normal dosage is 500mgs, 3 times a day for sinus infections, but your doctor may have had to make adjustments due to your being pregnant.
And, since you are pregnant, in this case they are the best person to consult as to how you should proceed from here.
Have your infection symptoms improved any?
