concerned about a family member with the amount of acetaminiphen in these pain pills. How much is too much and how long before it can do damage to your liver?

The 325 shows that each tablet contains 325mgs of the Acetaminophen and 10mgs of the opiate Hydrocodone. That is the same amount of Acetaminophen that is in regular Tylenol, which can be purchased over the counter.

As to how much is too much, they need to stay at or under 3,000mgs of it a day.

However, there is no definitive timeline I can quote you regarding how long, before it will do damage to their liver, if ever. It can vary from person to person and will depend on other factors, such as how much they are taking daily, whether not they drink alcohol, if they are on any other medications or etc.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Is there anything else I can help with?
