If you use Norco for a few years to manage pain can you develop Cirrhosis of the liver or go into acute liver failure because of the Tylenol that it contains. I'm told excessive amounts of Tylenol and Tylenol in general are not good for your liver. I have been diagnosed with stage 4 Cirrhosis- as I'm told-more than likely due to Norco. Could this be true?

Cirrhosis is not usually caused from Acetaminophen, it's most common causes are alcohol abuse, Hepatitis, non-alcoholic steatoheptatis, and hemochromatosis, according to NIH articles.
Acetaminophen can cause harm to the liver, and may cause liver failure in those that take high doses, for a long period of time, though.
Do you frequently drink alcoholic beverages?
