Identifying Medication Out Of Original Bottle

1st : white oval caplet with 4H2 on it.

2nd: white oval caplet with 58 on one side and 93 on the other.

3rd: a white capsul with two mustartd colored stripes one stripe has 7767 on it the other one has 200

I am trying to identify medication that was taken out of original botles and put in a travel case unidentified.

4H2 is Cetirizine hydrochloride 10 mg, which is used in the treatment of allergies, hay fever, angioedema, and urticaria.

58 93 is Tramadol 50 mg, which is used for treating moderate to severe pain.
