Identifying A Pill I Received In Mexico

I received dental work while in Mexico and was given a small round pink pill with a horse shoe shape on one side and blank on the other side. What is this pill?

I'm very sorry that I'm not going to be of much help, but the operative word here is Mexico!

They really don't regulate much of their medications, if any, so they don't require imprints on them, there's no database that logs what they are or anything of the sort.

Thus, I have to be completely honest and say that I've no idea what this contains, nor have I been able to find anything that matches it in any of the searches I've conducted.

I'll keep looking and post back when I find something.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
