Need help identifying a pill. It is white, oblong, has p535 on one side and 10 00 on the other. Both sides are scored.

I can't find a listings for a tablet with these markings in our U.S. prescription drug resources.

This means that it is most likely an over the counter product, but there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.

Where was it found/obtained?
