I found a pill on my floor. It is an oblong light peach color with the imprint of W or M depending on how you hold it and on the other side it says 575. I believe it might be my levaquin or levofloxin? I couldn't find one exactly like it on the web.

Is the marking possibly W 545?
If so, then yes it contains 500mgs of Levofloxacin.
