Identify Mexican Pill

Looking to get this round green no logo just a straight line in the middle diet/herbal pill..I was told it contains the root of tejocote and the root of anfepramon. Tried to identify the pill, but no luck. I have lost 36 pounds in 3 months and want to continue with it but don't know the name. Anyone that can relate PLEASE reply.. thanks

This reply is one year later and I thought I should mention that heart racing ( palpitations) could be a sign of dehydration. With Alipotec you need to be drinking a lot of water almost 2 liters a day.
