This was a capsule approximately the size of a #1 Gelatin capsule. There was a logo to the left of the number and it looks like it might be a letter z. If you can help, thnks.

Based on your latest description, I am pretty sure your pill is Quinine Sulfate 325 mg. This drug was manufactured by Teva Corporation.
