Sorry - The back has 1/6 on either side of the score. I actually spoke with Qualitest on the phone and they cannot find this pill in their database. Could it possibly be a hypertension med?

As to the pill in question, I think the marking you're looking at might be 61 61 V and it contains 100mgs of Trazodone, which is an SARI antidepressant.
It is the only one in the Vintage/Qualitest catalog that meets this description.
