Are you asking about two different pills here? (referring to your topic on "pill identifier L Z" versus your comment on "ws or sm").

Unfortunately none of the descriptions provided (LZ, WS, SM) show up under any of the U.S. prescription drug resources. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's anything more (or less) to it than what you stated.
