This is a Pain Relief PM Extra Strength tablet, it contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, it's a generic or store brand of Tylenol PM. It's used to treat pain and help indue sleep.

Typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and headache.
