In most cases Vitamin D2 is the only ingredient in a Vitamin D2 supplement, since it is synthetic. Typically, soymilk is fortified with vitamin D2 (but not the other way around, if that makes sense).
Vitamin D2 is manufactured through the ultraviolet irradiation of a substance called ergosterol that comes from yeast. Vitamin D2 is vegan and according to my research, corn, soy, and fish oils should not be present in Vitamin D2. All in all, It really just comes down to reading the nutrition label on the bottle and checking the list of ingredients of any particular brand. But in this case you don't have to worry about "most" brands. I say "most" because sometimes you will find random ingredients (fillers) listed in the cheaper brands.
