Ic Furosemide

i take ritalin 40 mg and zzanaxx and i thought i was taking 2 1mg zzanaxx's but i accidently took 2 40 mg ic furosemide which are my husbands will i be ok tonight ?

I'm not a doctor, but I can assume that you may feel the effects (and possibly side effects) of the furosemide until it wears off, but you 'should' be fine since you don't accidentally do this on a regular basis.

It's been two days since you posted this, so I'm guessing that you're over any symptoms that the drug may have caused you. 80mg of furosemide is a high dose, but if you made it threw the day ok then I personally wouldn't stay worried. If for some reason you still notice any effects from it, I would highly recommend that you go to your doctor and let him know what happened. He or she should be able to let you know if your body is still reacting to the medication or whether or not it is contradicting with the ritalin 40mg.
