Bupropion, the active ingredient in Wellbutrin is an antidepressant that is also used for smoking cessation.

The side effects should peak out around 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your body, then they should start to wear off.

The can include: nausea, drowsiness, weight gain and dizziness.
