i"m looking for the ingredients of sodium val as my nephew has angel man syndrome and has been diagnosed with epilepsy and is experiencing cold and pale lips and fingers, and as he is allergic to ibuprofen we are wanting to find out if there are any of the same ingredients. ## The active ingredient is Sodium Valproate and without knowing the manufacturer, since this is a generic, I can't tell you anything about the inactive ingredients. The pale lips, fingers and being cold, however, would not be symptoms of an allergic reaction, those symptoms would most likely signify a circulatory problem and though it is rare, this drug has been known to cause t...

It is a myth of 800mg ibuprofen is more effective than 400mg ibuprofen. In essance 400mg 3 times a day is as effective as 800mg motrin. It is a myth of 800mg dosage ibuprofen requirement to decrease the pain or inflammation ## It actually depends on the patient, their health and what condition is being treated, some people may require a higher dosage than others, especially in the case of severe swelling and/or injury, which is why more than one dosage is available for a doctor to prescribe.
