My wife had a severe reaction to SUMO tablet few years back. She was suffering from fever for a couple of days and the doctor prescribed her SUMO tablet. After taking one tablet of 500 mg, she immediately developed rashes all over her body and almost fainted. She was transferred to ICU and was kept for two days. Ever since then we are very careful. Doctor has advised not to take any drug containing NSAIDs, Nemosalides and Ibuprofen in future. ## I am very sorry about what she's been through. Hi I'm 21 years old & I always have back pains while trying to sleep. I also have a bad knee (most likely from jumping out of trees when I was younger) I haven't been working so I've been able to mange the pain by getting hot baths and trying to relax when they so occur. My main worry is now that I will be going back too doing heavy construction / Road work as a labor in about a month from now, When I was doing this work before my right knee ( my bad one ) would always give out on me when carrying heavy material & trying to take a step up carrying stuff. After my knee gives out on me, the rest of the day even walking on it I'm useally in bad pain & it makes doing my job a lot harder. Pink round tablet white inside ,i400 on omeside nothing on the other side ## Dear Angela, I have a box of generic Ibuprofen 400mg tablets and they are colored pink on the outside, white on the inside and imprinted I400 on one side and nothing on the other (Presume I stands for Ibuprofen and 400 the tablet dosage). Ibuprofen is an NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) and these ones are film-coated. They are used for pain, fever and reducing inflammation. The film-coated ones reduce GI tract problems for people when taking the tablets.

I got pain at the bottom right side of my back. Physio theraphy seems to help, but only for a short period of time. When cold, it seems worse and hot and cold treatment seems to help, but not for long. I walk for two minutes, then need to sit down and rest. ## Has your doctor suggested any other treatment options, or medications?
