Ibuprofen And Xarelto

Is it safe to take Xarelto 12 hours after taking ibuprofen? I need to know so I don't have bleeding.

There can be an increased risk of bleeding by combining the two, but there is no specific time frame to space them, unless you have been instructed otherwise, according to FDA details.

However, in the future, it would be best not to take Xarelto with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories, since they can also cause blood thinning.

How are you doing? Did you experience any adverse effects?

I take xarelto 20 mg at night time for PE. Today I had a headache so I took ibuprofen for a headache, which it really did not help out but now I'm sick to my stomach and vomiting!!! Is this normal?
